Ryan Hill graduated Cum Laude from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, in 1998, with a BBA degree in Business with a concentration in Finance. Ryan joined the financial services industry in 2001 after acquiring an extensive management background with one of the country’s leading retail organizations. His industry specialization includes providing personal advisory services to business owners and executives. Ryan also provides specialization in qualified plans.

In 2007-08 he attended a two year “401k Coach” program to help build his expertise and systems around the 401k Industry.He has developed a team of individuals to assist in supporting his service and processes. Additionally, Ryan is the Agency Pension Specialist for MassMutual Dallas-Ft. Worth General Agency, as well as holding the designation of ACCREDITED INVESTMENT FIDUCIARY® (AIF).

Ryan has been active as Treasurer with the Dallas – Ft. Worth SFA University Alumni Association as well as an active member of Dallas HR, and the Dallas Alumni Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society recognizing business excellence. He has been married since 1999 and is the proud father of twin sons and a little girl. His favorite leisure time activities are spending time outdoors, CrossFit training with his family, and enjoying a round of golf.
